Vintage inspired Prints

I love taking inspiration from vintage clothes since thrift shopping is one of my favorite things to do. You never know what you will find while thrifting. I picked up a few nice pieces at the garment district while I was up in Cambridge. I try to hit up the thrift stores everywhere I travel. Will be posting some of my vintage finds soon. Hope you enjoy these in the mean time!!!!!!

Sketch Book Faces

Hello~ I have been busy working in my studio all last week creating a new collection of my shibori scarves. Planning for the photo shoot this week and then I will be uploading pictures to share with you all. For now here are some drawings from my sketch book of faces, which I tend to always come back to drawing. I see faces everywhere :)

Peace Pagoda

These photos are from the Peace Pagoda in Leverett, Massachusetts. A Peace Pagoda is a Buddhist stupa designed to provide a focus for people of all races and creeds, and to help unite them in their search for world peace. This was the first Peace Pagoda to be built in the US and was completed in 1986. This is a very beautiful, peaceful and inspiring place. Check it out if your ever out that way! :)
